Responsibilities

What you'll do

→Own a station from prep to plate
→Maintain HACCP and recipe standards
→Mentor commis and prep cooks
→Order, receive and rotate product
→Drive specials and seasonal menu changes

Requirements

What we're looking for

MBO culinary or 3+ years in similar role
Italian cuisine experience preferred
Strong knife and sauce work
Calm under pressure
Ability to read and write recipe sheets in English
