Curate and present our Old & New World cellar. Tell stories. Sell with discretion.

What you'll do

• →Manage cellar inventory & rotation
• →Lead nightly wine briefings with the floor team
• →Pair confidently across our menu
• →Host wine dinners and tastings
• →Build a list that suits Caribbean fine dining

What we're looking for

• WSET Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred) or Court of Master Sommeliers
• 3+ years restaurant wine experience
• Excellent English, second language a plus
• Steakhouse-pairing fluency
