About the role

Lead the floor of our family trattoria with warmth, structure and consistency.

What you'll do

• →Schedule, train and develop the FOH team
• →Own guest experience end-to-end
• →Daily P&L, sales targets and cost control
• →Liaise with kitchen leadership on menu and events
• →Drive online reputation and repeat guest programs

What we're looking for

• HBO hospitality or 5+ years of restaurant management
• Bilingual: English + (Papiamento / Spanish / Dutch)
• POS and reservation system fluency
• Empathetic leader, clear communicator
