Responsibilities

What you'll do

→Recruit across brands and departments
→Run onboarding and 60-day check-ins
→Liaise with managers on employee relations
→Manage permits and compliance
→Maintain HR systems & files

Requirements

What we're looking for

HBO HR or related field
3+ years HR generalist experience
Aruba labour law familiarity (or willingness to learn)
Bilingual: English + Papiamento or Dutch
Empathetic, organised, discreet
